■ Reservation Cancellation Policy

* The hotel will receive a penalty (cancellation fee) if the accommodation reservation applicant dismantles all or part of the accommodation reservation.
* If you cancel your reservation within 3 days as of the day before the check-in date, you will be charged a full payment fee. If you do not check-in, it will be considered no show and will be non-refundable (hotel policy).
* If you do not arrive by 23:00 on the check-in date, it is considered no show and cannot be refunded. (Hotel Policy)
*If you do not stay without cancellation or any contact on the scheduled date of use (No Show), 100% of the total room fee will be charged

■ Refund Regulations Guide

1. Card cancellation
- It takes about 7 business days after receiving card cancellation

2. Refund of deposit
- After receiving a copy of the bankbook you deposited, you will receive it. (It will be carried out after checking the name of the person who made the deposit.)
- Approximately 7 business days after receipt

* Precautions

1. Your application for deposit refund is not accepted with your ID.
2. In case of cancellation and NO SHOW on the day of reservation, only the remaining amount excluding that amount will be refunded according to the penalty regulation.
3. The date above may be delayed depending on the situation of the company or the credit card company or the amount.
4. Minors (under the age of 19) may be cancelled if they are not accompanied by their parents.
